Vanaf januari 2026 is het Behandelpaspoort opgeheven. Het Behandelpaspoort is een boekje dat mensen konden gebruiken als handvat om hun behandelwensen te bespreken en op te schrijven. Het Behandelpaspoort is volledig geldig voor alle hulpverleners en situaties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De ouderenarts Ester Bertholet heeft het Behandelpaspoort in de loop van de jaren ontwikkeld in haar Praktijk Ouderengeneeskunde Bertholet. Deze praktijk is vanaf 1 december 2025 overgegaan naar Buurtzorg. Ester is daarna weer gewoon pati\u00ebntenzorg gaan doen. Alle regelzaken heeft zij los willen laten en daarom is ook het Behandelpaspoort gestopt. Er zijn geen exemplaren meer beschikbaar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

U kunt Ester eventueel bereiken via het mailadres: info@esterbertholet.com<\/a>. Dit mailadres wordt onregelmatig geopend en beantwoord, dus houdt u rekening met een wachttijd.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
